New to site. How is everyone? How is Coho fishing outside John's River and up the Chehalis? Here's a picture from last year.

Considered going last weekend, but ocean conditions were nice so fished Area 2 instead. Plenty of coho that were willing to bite a herring Tor a hoochie/dodger rig!

Caught a 7 pounder King on the Chahalis last week. Fishing slow from the banks, no boat.

Coho fishing is good on the chehalis river even without the rain. Been going sinse it opened and finally got into some decent hook nose. Keep track of netting schedule.

Fishing from friends landing in montesano on incoming high tides from the dock is a good place to try. That 2 hour window on before and after high tide. I'll be the 1 in the white sled with a gray top. Tight lines

Thank you, Gentlemen. I will be fishing the harbor and the Chehalis next week, depending on how I want to fish for the day. Good luck to you all.
