Hey Drifter. You should PM Catfish Hunter. He lives in Riggins and fishes up there a lot.
He's probly out huntin elk, deer or bear now but should answer a PM.

I hunt Idaho most years, but I didn't keep up with the rule changes this year so I missed out on getting my tags. I won't make that mistake again!

No, starting this last winter the tags go on sale December 1. The non resident tag allotment was sold out by the end of the week. They have greatly reduced the non resident tags.
