You can try behind the old Humphreys restaurant ( it's back open now but under a different name down by the marina and newer launch ramp) downtown Antioch. Tossing a big mepps spinner as the tide's staring to change from the outgoing to the incoming tide. With this last weather front that just passed through maybe there was enough rain dropped to get some salmon moving and start pushing them up through there. And with a little luck time you may get lucky and get one. Good Luck hope this helps
