Grandson Mike and I went fishing on the Petaluma River this morning, Mike caught one almost before we got gear in the water, and 5 min later landed another one, both keepers, then a shaker. Long dry spell so we took a ride down the river sight seeing, down to the Hwy 37 bridge and back. We were about 3 miles from the dock when we saw another boat land a shaker, decided why not troll back to the doc, dropper our gear in and started trolling, about 6-7 min later wham, we hooked a double, thought we were fighting one fish cause lines were very close together, turns out we each had our own. Mikes was 23" and mine was 25.5.

thanks for all of the cudo's my friends, it was great to get out with grandson, we had not been fishing together in over 4 years, he was off at Collage in Rhode Island, now he is back and works all the time, so happy to have him spend the day with me. Nice to catch a few as well, tight lines everyone!
