Wife went a out. Had some fried shrimp, oysters okra and Conch friders. Almost forgot. Some fried coconut shrimp also along with a Key Lime Pie.

The taste is similar to clam. Chews like leather unless it's properly fixed same with clam. Leather with flavor.
