Good one Plumb, will never forget when my Pappy took me. Taking my 12 year old nephew out this Saturday and hope I can make it as magical as what I experienced as a kid.

It wont take much to be magical if they are biting bk. Letting him drive the boat might me in order to lift his spirits if they aren't.

Thanks for the good luck wishes fly, Grizz, OJ and Plumb. The crappie bite is turning on as well as the bass. What he really wants to catch are some pickerel ( sorry fly), they’re usually pretty cooperative.

Had 2 last week when i was out with Griz. White Gulp was on their menu. Both were a fun getting them to the net. Hope the lad gets into them.
