Went fishing at Sam's club and reeled in 2lbs of north Atlantic cod. I'm hoping to grill them tonight. Any recommendations if I should marinade or season before cooking?

Let them sit in lemon juice and minced garlic for 1/2 hour before grilling. Season with salt, pepper, and celery seed. Grill skin side down. Finish with grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese. Done, enjoy

Hi too much My favorite way is putting them in tin foil with some sliced garden tomatoes a little bread crumbs or panko sprinkled on top and a little salt and pepper then wrap them up and steam them in the pockets and I also like a little chipotle seasoning and grill them that way π€ͺππ»

Depends what you like. You could wrap them in foil with onions, bell pepper, a little garlic and butter. Or just drizzle butter and lemon juice with a little Old Bay while they're grilling.
