Some day I hope California will wake up and clean these Forest up !!!

Fire got to within about 5 miles of us. Had some rain most of yesterday, not strong but fairly steady. Have not heard of how it affected the fire as of yet. For those of you who know the Temecula wine country, roads are closed at the traffic circle heading toward Lake Skinner. More rain expected late tomorrow, so fingers crossed.

Daughter lives in Temecula and let us know that fire was getting close. I kid her that half California will burn up and half will go into the ocean. I have visited her once it was a long drive. Don’t like to fly so I won’t go again. Pray that all of you and all firefighters are safe
