It's not safe to walk on his grass yet, fellas. I gave Paul a phone call, and he's still alive and kicking. Not kicking as well as he'd like to, though.

He's had a setback in his health. He told me that he's having to use a walker again.

He told me that although he doesn't believe in God, he'd appreciate prayers all the same. I told him that he's on my prayer list.

I had a terrible phone connection and couldn't understand everything he said, but he mentioned that he's going fishing with 3 other stagers in a couple of days. I told him that as soon as I'm no longer grounded, I'd be taking him out in my boat (I recently had a knee replaced and it's like being under house arrest!)

Thanks for letting us know Barnacle. We’ll be praying for spirit and you also. My wife just had both knees replaced so I can sympathize with you.

sent me a text in reply to MY text and phone calls a few days ago:

Things kinda went south here. Back in hospital. Better count me out for 🐠 next week.

I suggest we ALL pray for him…. 🙏🏻

I think very highly of the way our stagers hold each other up in prayers as needed/requested. A great place to share.

We lift you up Spirit and Barnacles in prayers to the one and only God!!!!! Amen
