Only " assault " knives. I read last week that some nut chopped off a guy's hand with a ceremonial sword. This was in the USA somewhere, don't recall where. There was talk of banning swords ! Like with firearms, it's the user who is responsible, not the implement.

I would not be surprised if they put restrictions on what kind of knives, and who can own them and require everyone who ones one to give through a k I've safety course before they can purchase one, and of course knife registration. no of this of course would have prevented the Mas stabbing but it will show they care and are doing something even if it accomplishes nothing

Over the past couple of years, how many times has some nut driven his car into a crowd or a parade? There were mass casualties. I haven't heard the politicians bring up "sensible motor vehicle control". Unless they think that kind of thing won't be able to happen with electric cars. They sure are trying to push us in that direction!
