Just call my daughter. It has rained on virtually every day that she has something going on. She went to San Diego on a business trip. It hadn't rained in 6 months, it rained 3 of five days. She is on a delayed honeymoon right now in Aruba. They've had no rainsince last October. It rained last night. For a small fee, I bet she could solve Cali's water problems.

Funny thing is, she came home from her delayed honeymoon and it started raining last night. My garden has been like a brick.
