Good on you Jim ,yes they are excellent ! Wife has it down pretty much , love it when she makes her Chile Verde, or green enchiladas ,yummy, if you get a chance send a pic👍

Roasting has been going on here in New Mexico for about a month. Smell sure is good. Almost all grocery stores offer free roasting when you buy from them.

Those big jims you are growing are basically the same as the ones grown in Hatch NM. Yours are just as good. The pictures on your other posts made me hungry.
