Good morning all. 72* and showers, going up to 84 today. Had some boomers last night, and they are continuing today. Glad I got the overseeding finished on the front lawn. Looks like t showers all day today. Have get my truck inspected and registered today.

BK I was thinking Y'all up north kept pushing all the rain down here. Yesterday they called for rain at 1pm. I figured I'd finish cleaning my shed out while the boat was out. Started putting stuff outside so I could decide what I was keeping. 6 drops n it started pouring. Time 9am. Just started throwing everything back in. Then rain off n on rest it the day n more over night. Calling for more this afternoon. All you northern boys have a good day 👍

Plum I have a DD within walking distance. Been there one time. I can go to Sam's club n get 12 bear claws for $8.00. not that I need them 🤣

Griz, i got hooked on Duck Donuts. It would put both to shame. Each donut warm and made to order. Unfortunately none around here.

I'm guessing that's from NC. We have so many donut shops around. From small trailers to major chains. Now donuts are $1.00 n up n smaller than they use to be. I'm into health food 😅. If it keeps me alive it's health food right 👍

Good morning all! Getting a cold spell here with high's in the mid nineties. Gotta an evening/night fishing trip planned with my son today. Going to see if we can entice some Cali Delta hogs to blow up on some frogs. Dang. I'm a poet and I didn't know it.

Hey Grizz. Sitting around playing with fishing gear since I can't do any physical activities with the surgery and stitches. Used the hook sharpener 3 times! Read article about fish feeling the resistance of a bottom rig so going to pre=make some rigs and try sliding sinker combinations. Have lots of time to sit at the computer and read the Practical Fishing Knots book the Stage recommended a while back. Starting to get a bit stir crazy but the pain is still very bad and jaw swollen and black and blue. Hope your upcoming trip with the guys gets good weather!!
