I'm going to be in So LakeTahoe and will be trying our luck at Caples and lower Blue lake. How is the lake level and fishing report?

Haven't been up that way since 4th of July week, but Caples was FULL then. Overflowin at the lower dam. Couldn't get anymore water in it then. So I'm sure it's still gonna be pretty full.
Haven't been out to Blue Lakes in a while. But I'm sure they should be pretty full also.
