Hello I was a licensed boat captain till 1998 I had a heart attack and lost my licenses was totally disabled finally my disability claim was approved in 2000. I still fish inshore and offshore just not able to do charters any longer.

As long as you are fishing RR, that is all that matters. I know NC waters and plenty of fish in the sea as the say goes down there. Tight lines stay safe out there.

Do you fly fish for Albies in the fall at Cape Lookout? I will pay for food and gas for your boat and whatever you want for your time.
