All of the city resevoirs close at sunset. I do not fish freshwater at night. You could try Back Bay, Northwest River, try to locate some non public water. You could also give saltwater fishing a try.

There are several city lakes here in Norfolk that you can fish (legally) after they close. The only drawback is you have to park outside the gate & walk/carry you tackle in. Lake Smith is one of several that my wife & I like to fish all nite. PM me your contact info so we can get together & do an all nighter some weekend

Wife & I been fshing Chic's Beach & Lake Smith since she got off work at 6:00. Caught a nice channal cat right off with my 'bank buddy Buddy" but wifes in the lead with 2 & a HALF bass & a "half" bass (thanks to a snapper) turtle
If they continue hitting like they've been we may make this an all niter.
