That is some nasty stuff, Marion got it just before our AK. trip, and the doctor didn't want her to go because of the change in air pressure during the flight. She said that she was going to go, and the doctor said that I would too. But it does keep coming back. Watch it!
Bucky, I had it once several years ago and wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Hope it soon subsides.
Had to look that one up. Now i know what you are talking about. Hope you are doing much better by now bucky.

We coming back Bucky. Soon as Kathy gets back from her mom's in NC. Kathy had a very bad case of that about 10 years ago. She had 13 in. of her colon taken out so we know what you're going through. Get better soon.
Wife has it. Can’t eat a lot of different food. No nuts, anything with seeds etc
Is that a problem with the eyes

I remember peeling strawberries so my Mom could eat shortcake.

Your colon develops little pockets that can catch indigestible food particles such as nuts, seeds, rice and such, which can rupture causing leakage into your body, and can be deadly

Hey Bucky. I use to have that REALLY bad. I had SO many episodes of flare ups I literally lost count after 10 or 12.
I finally had a surgeon from SF VA call me and talk. He ask me how many times I had had flare ups and I told him 10 or 12 times at least.
He then said, No I mean how many times heve you seen the Dr and gotten meds for it. I again said 10 or 12 at least.
He couldn't believe it. He told me that if you have ONE flare up they/you should watch it carefully. If you have TWO you are a candidate for surgery.
He scheduled me for surgery within the month.
Right before I was goin in for surgery, I had a flare up and the VA drove me down to San Francisco VA. They did an MRI and discovered which nodule it was that was the problem.
He then discovered that he was goin to have to take more colon out than he had planned to. He removed bout 3 feet of my colon.
Thank goodness I had that flare up when I did, otherwise he would have left the one that was givin me the problems.
Since the surgery, 2011, I haven't had another episode/flare up.
If I can be of any help or you want to talk, PM me.
Good luck brother. I've been there for YEARS so I know what you're goin through. Thankfully I'm better now.
Very sorry to hear Bucky, that is very painful stuff. I know first hand. Several years ago I had a couple bouts with it, on the third one got taken to the hospital and had an MRI done I believe. Talked with my Surgeon, and had 18” of colon taken out. I haven’t had a bout since. Good luck, and hope you get feeling better real soon
