Well after several years of the Maine Lobster Festival being cancelled cause of Covid it is being held this year. August 3 - 7th this year. We have volunteered to assist in the food tent ( go figure that one! 😝😝). From there we are going to Boston for a few days before coming home.
GMCHIEF has graciously offered to take me out fishing on the ocean if the planets line up and all things cooperate!! He is in NH about half way between the festival and Boston. How great to have people you have never met offer their time and experience to a total stranger. (And those that know me know there are not many stranger than me haha !!) Am meeting up with him on Monday the 8th and will see what fun we can have!! Hope Mother Nature with her weather and the Fish Gods with some hungry fish smile down upon us. Sure do thank you Glen for the offer!! Kudos brother! See you in a week and a half.

Ain’t the forum just awesome!! Some utmost top notch folks on here! Kudos to all.

Sounds like an Awesome feast Duane ( how did you rig the volunteer gig ), and a great fishing opportunity. Good luck fishing the Salt, Stripers and Blues are around. The Stage is filled with wonderful people, and the most generous I've ever known. Have a blast and take pictures.

What a sweetheart! Is she going along with us for good luck?😜😜. Yup you got the tease going on!!
How is the wife getting along? Those back problems are just not fun!! I have been dealing with them for nearly 40 years now. But I am still walking! Don’t forget to pick out your favorite place to eat after our fishing excursion - we can grab the wives and will enjoy - my treat buddy!

SUPERGLUE? Cement? Contact Cement? Holy Moly. I hope it helps you. I have heard of Fused Discs. Cement ...is Poison. Concrete has sand and Gravel added to the mercury infested Cement.

Get Well soon. Keep on hookin em.

Thanks Jeremy. The medical staff used the term cement. My immediate thought jumped to concrete also, being a working guy, but immediately knew they meant something else. Don’t know much about it but supposedly is injected into the spine and infiltrates the bones. Kind if like an internal cast. The dr said that in many cases the patient is wheeled in in a wheelchair and dances out. The procedure will be done at Dartmouth-Hitchcock medical center. Probably the hardest part is the two hour drive each way. She has already had fusions in her neck an thoracic spine. Now her vertebrae are cracking vertically and the discs are bulging up instead of out. So hopefully she’ll get some relief.

Gotta try whatever it takes. My bones have many miles on them from many jobs and a few Auto wrecks that were caused by others not driving properly. Dancing on the way to the truck or car sounds good.

Thanks Fred. Here’s a couple more heart melters. P.s. she just turned six. Salt water tackle kind of unwieldy for her. But she had fun playing with the bait. The download is a video of Uncle Paul helping catch bait.
