Man, I can’t begin to think of how they did that Slim. Did you notice on everyone of them, there were people standing on top of them? I’m gonna have to find some history of that and how it was accomplished.

I read about how those were built. It took about 10,000 slaves for everyone of them. They cut the rocks to fit by chipping away on each rock and the slaves pushed them, with the help of a pulley, up the structure until it was finished. They had burial rooms in them at different heights for the owners. I forget how long it took but I remember there were a lot of slaves that died doing it.

Very cool Hack. I'm sure glad they don't build bridges like they used to. And NO I don't want to stand on the last car hanging off the bridge. Jeeze.

It’s like so many of them didn’t have a sense Fred, or didn’t care. I wonder how many engineers they lost? The pictures do tell a story. Hard to believe they’d cut down a hollow tree and then it’s a home for them. I don’t mind really hard work but that is ridiculous and very unsafe. IMHO

I would guess they don't deliver. There must be a 'graveyard' full of these. Good history, makes one think, how easy we have it.
