I made a couple of trips to the Casper area a few years back, primarily for Mule deer and Pronghorn, but did a bit of trout fishing as well. Beautiful country, great people.

Barn, cliff, whatever. Some kind of swallow for sure.
Look like some rappelling gear and some knowledge of Australian style rappelling would come in handing besides knowledge of fly fishing, hatches, etc. By rappelling face down you could cast as you rappel downward. I await a detailed discussion from other members of the fish stage community.
