You can bank fish most anywhere along the causeway where it crosses the Laguna Madre. Might also try Packery Channel. There’s also places to bank fish not far past Packery Channel along Hwy 361. All of this is saltwater 😎👍

Sorry, I can’t help you on that one. I don’t buy them for bait but I’ve used them for cut bait when I’ve caught one.
You might try the bait stands along the causeway and there’s some once you cross the bridge over the ICW. Good luck and good fishing 😎👍
