Thanks man!! It was just real difficult to take the picture!! The Hali was huge!! On the second pic Iโ€™m extending my arms as far as I can!! Hereโ€™s a video!

If Practically identical to our east coast Fluke (summer flounder) except for the size...Fluke seldom exceed ten pounds. Anything over 7-8 pounds is a doormat. Those big flat bodies can generate a lot of power for a slug-it-out fight.

Yes they are similar with a few differences!!! And yes they pull down to the sand or mud with a lot of power with those flat bodies!!
