Is it ok to use 10lb braided line with 12lb fluorocarbon leader?

I have 10lb power pro spectra braided line and I also have 12lb 100% fluorocarbon seaguar line is it ok to use the 12 lb as a leader for 10lb braided line??

Just a reminder, you ONLY need a fluoro leader when fishing in clear water. When fishing stained or darker water just use your Power Pro braid.

Its OK, just make sure you have a smooth knot on the braid to the leader, it will sometimes catch on the tip eyelet when casting

I recommend the Albright Special knot for attaching Fluoro to braid. Easy to tie and strong. Lots of tutorials on various internet sites. Good luck!
