Shaver or Huntington or you can trek up to wishing or Courtright, Millerton is an option I guess but too hot

I don't know if they're hot spots,other than being hot outside,but Crappie/Catfish at Kerman Mendota Slough, Pine Flat Dam try Deer Creek or Trimmer campgrounds, for Crappie,Perch and Bass, Trout are being caught but mostly trolling around 60' ,below the Dam you can catch Trout,Avocado Lake Trout & Catfish, Millerton Lake has Stripers ,try River entrance,sardines,anchovies or on the Madera County side, Aqueduct has nice Stripers, Catfish, Sycamore Island Park on the San Joaquin River is very good fishing but it's pay to play $9 per vehicle ,Friday thru Sunday only ,excellent fishing, Good Luck and tightlnes🤙

Simply drove past Pine Flat ages ago to hunt the high Sierra yonder. Reads real good right now for crappie and bass. Have you seen it yet? Might give it a look.
