Heyyyy!! I'm Jenni. What's hitting y'all lines around south Daytona beach shores and on what? I haven't caught anything in months. I've tried live shrimp and mullet. Seems like only pesky blowfish are attracted. Advice welcome!!!
Dig in the sand for sandfleas. When the wave recedes look for a small hole in the sand emitting bubbles. dig there quickly as the little buggers can dig rapidly. Hook them once through the bottom and out the top
If your surf fishing sand fleas are a good bet
River fishing, live shrimp under a bobber over grass beds for trout or a Johnson's sprite gold spoon for trout and redfish.
Do you live in the Daytona area or just visiting?
I live about an hour from Daytona in Leesburg on Lake Griffin. Good bass fishing.
