We will be in South Lake Tahoe for the 4th of July week and would like to find some good fishing, either from the south shore, or is a stream somewhere. What do you all suggest?

Hey CM welcome .
Iwas just over on the West Fork Carson river.
Had to work for them but I caught a limit of trout in about an hour. Nothin big but nice pan sized.
You can also fish Lake Tahoe over at Cave Rock and catch some nice fish there sometimes. Early in the morning is probably the best time there.
