I have been watching Perry Mason series. Got on Tubi and saw classic westerns. I remembered some of the shows on tv, but the ones in the 50s stumped me. Gabby Hayes show for 1. It aired from 50 to 54. I was 5 in 1950 and we didn’t get but 2 stations here. How many do you guys remember?

Frank I was 4 Oct 1950. I remember many of those old shows. Roy n Dale n Gabby. Sky King Hopalong Cassidy Lash Lerure you name it I probably saw it. TV was once entertaining 🤣. Now they can't write a script so they call it reality TV. More like real crap TV. Tubi Peacock hula n a few others still show the old stuff 👍👍

Billy it's no wonder the world is like it is. Stupidity has become fashionable. It still amazing me that you can't advertise tobacco products but you can glorify getting drunk. Like that's not hazardous to you health or interfers with your driving 🤔🤬

All good programs. Cartoons gone because of violence just look at the video games available. We knew that cartoons were fantasy.

Wife at he’s news, I watch old programs. Don’t care for modern reality programs or the other supposedly comedy programs.

This forum is way more fun than tv but not as much fun as fishing. Guess I need to regulate some of each. I remember a lot of those old shows.

Kit Carson Tales of Wells Fargo Zorro Yancey daringer Captain Kangaroo the list was endless. I'd still like one of the 48 shot 6 shooters. Now they have a 30 rd mag that puts out several hundred perfectly spaced hole 🥴. Too much special effects not enough acting 👍👍

Miss Marion are you saying we're a comedy of errors n sucsess 😂😂. Some bad times n heartaches shared. We know it's Fishing Stage n some aren't interested in chit chat. Those of us that are for many it's like friends n family. We also luv fishing. Since some of us don't get to go that often it's nice to share more than fishing reports. I personally don't read each n every post. We know the regulars that don't show up. I've met several members as of now. Fellows I would never met if not for this site. I'd fish with anyone of them giving the chance. Didn't get to fish with Slim but I will 👍. Miss Marion I'm sure I'm not the only one that would gladly take you out on the water for the day. Billy when they decided discipline was a bad thing things started going down hill. I'll never understand why I need a photo ID everywhere I go but one🤔. Respect for others is not very popular anymore. Everyone wants the right to their opinion. Great but don't in turn say your's in the only one. If we all thought alike on everything we'd never learn new things. Social n I use the term loosely media has created so many problems. Easy to run your mouth when you're fairly sure you won't get punched. 🤕. We can only live our lives n I feel most here are doing darn well. 👍👍
