Has anyone fished the Upper or Lower Otay Lakes in San Diego for bluegill this year? I would like to go fly fishing there. Thanks

My ol' buddy Ox and I decided we'd try to fish Otay one Sunday morning about 45 years ago. We got up way before dawn to get out there for the gate opening. We found ourselves out on dirt road in the middle of nowhere, in a line of traffic several miles long, waiting for sunrise. We decided to leave. We never decided to return. If it's still like, you can have it.
