Made a trip up to Alamosa Colorado last week to visit my oldest sister, 89, and she is in perfect health. She looked me up with a friend, 91 years old wow, in perfect health. He has rights to a private reservoir high up in the mountains. Santa Maria reservoir. It was a very cool surprise. Really beautiful rainbows there. Being a private reservoir I didn’t need to purchase a license n the trout limit is 125 lbs per year. So cool.

Now I'd say that would be a day on the water to remember! Beautiful rainbows and I'll bet the scenery was astonishing as well!

Yep it was a fun day. We were the only boat on the water. All the fish we caught had salmon colored meat. So tasty
