They do have the pick of the spots. We have a pair of eagles nesting in a tree just above the trout hatchery in Decorah. The DNR has an Eagle Cam on the nest. The chick is getting pretty good-sized.

Too shallow for many fish. Maybe a few small channel cats. Never completely dries up but Great blue Heron walk across in the summer when the creek gets down to a trickle. Was installed about 30 years ago after a major flash flood. 10 inches of rain in like 4 hours. Made a mess down stream as we only have like 10 to 15 feet of elevation Change over close to 50 miles.

Nice Ken got my boat in the Muskingum river last Friday an took a few friends for a ride an had a bald eagle fly over us going down river but couldn't get a pic

You all have more water in the flood control pond then we have in a lot water than some of our lakes and resevoirs.

24 hours later it was full to the deck the eagles were sitting on. We had areas get 6 plus inches of rain that night and another 1.5 Last night
