Comments on my post yesterday (Whats Biting)inspired me for this topic. And thanks to those who responded by the way.I'm guessing most out here have a spot they go to where they can just get away, where its so peaceful and beautiful that you don't even care if you catch a fish or not, heck you might not even bring a pole. The lake I went to yesterday is that spot for me.I'ts actually not a secret spot but one reason I love it is most times I go I'm the only one there which is weird considering the size and quality of the fish I catch.Heres another pic but I would like to see pic's of your go to spot of solitude. Hope you all have fun with this one

Unfortunately SA, there are no TOTALLY isolated places that I can launch my boat around here. The most peaceful is the lake I've been going to the last few trips. Two trips ago, there was only 1 other boat on the lake, and it was nice. Being able to fish on any weekday helps a lot.

Looks like a nice lake, the only boat I'm getting onto mine is if I backpack my inflatable pontoon.

Today I hooked several Trout on NoHurry. Powerbait lake. The picture I will share is from a lake about 4 miles as a bird flies and two dams lower on the Clackamas River. I see why people and any critters settled here to thrive.

Been Crabbing and Salmon Fishing there since I landed in Oregon. I love the Sea. It’s where I live to be.
