Got out to the local township pond early morning before the festivities. He did fine with the bass and I did okay with the crappies. Fun time and more to be had when they came by later with their girlfriends. My favorite holiday, think of my dad as a 30 year old jarhead and how he’d be so pleased how his grandsons fared. Wish he could be here.
