Currently set for Two Days really this is a shame. What do you guys think. I’m in north Florida east coast and throw back and actual have to move local spots to get away from them this is sad look at the Gulf side really.

Also note there are new fishing runs for reef fish to have a way to take your fish back down (Desender) if they are not to be kept check your local rules

The free descenders are only for the gulf coast I called they got the money from the oil companies spilling into the gulf.

Tom you are so right about the limits. They are still using old science to curb our quotas. Even the grouper seasons are BS!

The wife and I with our single fish for the day but we did fish all three days:-)

Of coarse even the man in the brown suit took his share:-). We get one each he took three for himself:(
Where was the WFC on that guy?

This is what happens when our federal government runs things, they make laws based on their so called “science”.

NOAA is nothing but a Government hack when it comes to regulating fishing.

They take a shotgun approach to fishing regulations but call it science… even after data shows that huge areas do not fit the regulations that they impose. If they had their way we as Sportfisherman would not be able to keep anything.

Just my opinion

I feel the problem with ALL the regulations, none are ever enforced, I see almost daily regulations being broken and when caught not prosecuted. It is a tourism thing but all the locals know it and can get away with doing it.

Florida:

That has not been our experience here or in the Cape area. FWC have been pretty tough, fortunately for us we have always been clean. I do know a few who ended up being smart asses and had their boat and trailers taken.
They are real nice to them now:-)

Thank you

And yes it would be.

I actually actually ended up releasing this one, believe it or not. He was very cooperative in the boat. I usually keep one and do a little shark fishing but we already had a small one and we’re dolphin fishing.

That is only for gulf fishermen I tried. It’s paid for by oil spills. Based on your address
