My uncle had a pace maker for nearly 30 years - with a tune up here and thereπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. He lived to be 97 and worked in his Deli every day 7 days a week till two weeks before he died. God rest his soul.

Great news Robert! Both my parents had similar episodes and emerged from their respective hospital stays with pacemakers and picked up where they left off with their daily routines post discharge.

Thanks for letting us know! You may have been planning on getting into the memorial services this weekend, but no, not this time. Ha! BTW I had a heart attack on Memorial Day weekend 1984. Thankfully I didn't need any memorial services then, nor yet! Looking forward to your full recovery and maybe improvement in health overall as a result of the pump working better.

Glad your back and doing well but I must of missed your post saying you were going under the knife. My MIL at 93 has one and has no complaints. Prayers for a speedy recovery are sent.

Back from where RJ? You just took a nap and a lot of professional people gave your body a tune up and an oil change. For the Professionals.

Got any stories from your nap?
