Where in Ma.? There’s a few of us on here.western mass, SE mass, and the cape. Wondering where you’d like the info on. Quabbin reservoir? Charles river? Canal? Great point?

Green River right below VT border was always good for stocked trout as was the river below Chesterfield Gorge.

Try the North River in Scituate or Marshfield,S. Shore, Mass. Stripers are in the river munching on herring. Two hours either side of high tide. Rebel jumping minnows in bone color or white paddle tails 4” will get you schoolies or an occasional slot fish. Tight lines.
