Got out yesterday after work for a couple hours. My friend got a kitchen pass also. I caught 5 largemouth 1 spot bass about 2 lb 1 bluegill and 8 cats on my ultralight. FD got the biggest cat at 7 lb and his first crappie.try again Thursday. Good luck and tight lines

I have mine paired with a 1000 spinning reel from wish 13+1 ball bearing. 6# mine is now 7’6” one of my lids broke the tip off. My favorite set up. It’s a blast. These cats reminded me of a big red on a heavier rod and line. Good luck keep a wet tight line. If u get down here give me a shout.

Mine is set up indentical. With my Shimano 1000 and #6 florocarbon. It may be a year or two but I’ll make it a point to get down there!

Try putting in at chicamaga county park go back toward the delta some crickets work the banks. Slip cork about 2-4’ deep. They rent c as Nora there. I’ve stayed there before.
