Pretty nice view leaving the dock this am

Also thought it meant fishing was going to be tough. 7 in the boat before getting blown off the lake once. Sorry about the fish pic but have caught so many this Spring I need something special. That pic was fish #5. A fat 4 lber that did everything it could to avoid the net!

That's a new net Fred. Lol. Big enough to scoop 20 lb Stripers out of the river. Also big enough I can be dumb ass and drop the net on the back deck and get away with it!

No kidding... I've been able to stay on the lake for an entire day only one time since March. Water temp just hit 65 today. There was a lot of fish on the spawning flats. I suck at bed fishing so I mostly look until I saw that 7lber. I tried and tried and tried..NADA.

I'm guessing if you return on the equinox May 21, that moon will be right in the middle of those two juicy peeks? I'd LOVE a photo on that date jut too see if I'm on the money?
