I'll say. Some how this guy picked up her call to Comcast. They are looking into it also plus the credit union. I think you get hacked once n they look for you. Too easy to get away with it. See ya in the morning brother πŸ‘

You may have to change account numbers or something like that. Good luck. I'll talk to you in the morning.

HI FT. Forecast has been crazy lately. One day 10% n we get pounded. Today rain all day. Small shower then sunshine. I could have mowed but Bug got caught in a hack Sunday night. She called Comcast but someone intersected the call n got her for $185. She called the guy today n he said he worked for Comcast. Comcast had already told her employees are not allowed to to payment over the phone. I swear her name is in a hit list. Have a nice evening. I have my jigs packed for M&G brother πŸ‘

Perhaps ask her to tell any "representative" she has to check with you first, and she'll call them back. Then find the company phone # in a Google search and call the company directly to find out. That's what I do. Actually I NEVER take phone calls like that but emails these days have the company logo down pat and almost got me once. Sorry!

Hi Kandy. She actually called the # we have for Comcast. Some how this guy from California answered the call n said he worked for Comcast. Comcast is trying to find out if n employee is involved in this. We went to the office the next day. They seemed very concerned about how this happened. She got a call from their security people about what transpired. This is bad for them also πŸ‘πŸ‘
