A sister in law of mine had her fisherman obsessed husband recently pass away. She has since moved across the country to live in Florida. She left behind these oars for me to try and sell for her and I said sure. Although I am well versed in general fishing and outdoor equipment, etc.I’ve discovered that drift boat, river rafting oars , one person sculling? These 10’ Oars are hard to research regarding fair prices to ask. The orange pair are lightweight fiberglass with oar wraps and stops. They are called Brush Busters, apparently made in Coeur D’alene Idaho.nice set…the other three have no identification. Two are wood, and one is metal and very heavy duty….not sure it’s use .
All new oars are spendy and I’m learning that driftboat style finished oars can be expensive. Appreciate any knowledgeable input on what I should ask for these to help out my sis in -law.

Nice looking oars Michael. I’d love to have one for my shop. My shop is called Port A Oar House! I’m sure someone can help you with prices, we just don’t see those in south Texas much anymore. Good luck😎👍

search internet for idea of new price then put them on craigs list for half that price. while on spokane craigs list search boat oars and you can get an idea what others are selling them for and you can price a little less.

The "narrowness" of the blades suggests that they are not "drift boat" oars, but rather rowboat or sculling oars for "flat" water. I agree with the above, as to procedure to determine value. My last pair of wooden oars for my drift boat were $600+/pair (and I know the merchant/makers...Sawyer, personally !), but similar are offered used @~$200-$400/pr, on CL, so do some research and either price them "to move" or price them for that "niche buyer" and hold out hope they'll find you. Good luck !

Hi Micheal, the pictures will find your buyer. Post them at your local bait shops. Around here, most will allow adds tacked up. I loved rowing. Others will too. Find comparisons for pricing. 10' footers are for a fairly wide small boat. I rowed a homemade pram and an aluminum jon boat a lot in my youth. Owned a couple canoes. Love that cordless stuff. Keep you in shape and close to port.
