Partner backed out so it was just three of us (Me, Myself and I). Wasn't going to let that stop me today. Got near the spot and there were 7 pontoons scattered all around my honey hole but not on it. Through anchor started baiting and casting out in all directions. Before I cast the 4th rod Had a hit on one of the other one. This keep up for about two hours. That was enough for me. Left them still biting. Ended up bringing home 28. Not a bad day for one person. Biggest was maybe 4 lbs but by Sunday it wi be at least 7 lb's. LOL

Cut from the ribs to the tail and flip the meat over and run down the skin side. Does that make sense to you. Kind of confused me. LOL
