Had the entire family over for Easter dinner and i heard she wants this, they don’t eat that, can’t be there then, he doesn’t eat meat, kids might be sick, to cold to come, the list goes on and on.

And they wonder why I fish.

Brother I can swear to that fact. Told Bug after this Easter dinner no more. Just go to restaurant n let everyone order want they want. Eat go home get a cup of coffee n sit down. Let someone else do all the work. 👍☺️

Before the great virus that somehow seems to have made the holidays more tolerable since only a few show up (snicker snicker) it was the same way at our house, had to cook so many things, it was more like prepping a buffet..

When I was a kid, you ate what was put in front of you or you didn't eat..period!

Go fishing.... much less stress!!

I've even doing Sunday and holiday dinners long enough to know what everyone likes and that's what I cook. Got one allergy I work around. Usually tell her not to eat it. The statement of today's thought, absolutely true. Worst vacation I ever had was when we had three distinct groups and my wife tried to please everyone. My way, if you don't like it, don't do it. Figure it out.

FT. Reminded me of a place in western Maryland we use to ride to. Restaurant along the river. Welcomed bikers n all water related people. A big sign behind bar This ain't burger king you get it my way or you don't eat. Great food n cold beer. The old guy passed n his son was too lazy to keep business going 👍

Good one, Plum. It’s exhausting and it just sucks all the fun out of things. Fishing sounds like the better option.
