What they need is greed, people wanting a windfall free! If people didn't they would refuse. Like I have said numerous times, if you go by the following principal "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH", you won't get hooked. Someone somewhere is paying for it, most likely YOU. I feel sorry for those who are fading in the twilight of their times getting scammed by those. The next thing, the time does not fit the crime. Usually a slap on the wrist as they say and then back to cheating people. I wish they would start CHAIN GANGS again and really use them. This country has a lot of projects/work that needs done.

Funny you show that I all got a notice from Capitol One this moring saying my payment on my credit card did not clear !! Which it did its a new scam that these crooks are using now.
Whish sometime could be done about it !!!
