Previous post I mentioned I reported a massive negligent OSHA violation situation to my management.
So horrendously ugly I decided to distance myself. Impending OSHA raid yada yada …
Sent email to HR stating that if they wanted any info from me extending beyond my initial report, well that’s gonna require a letter to me from the company stating that I am individually held harmless of any litigation that results from this situation.
Basically , this is your turd and you are all by your lonesome in this one . Someone likely doing jail time and that someone ain’t gonna be me .
After eye doc appt. HR and my manager met me at the door.
I’m “ unscheduled” AKA paid leave until they figure out how to deal with this.

Any action will result in me breaking one off in them so bad they will bleed out quick!
First call OSHA
Second call my retained attorney .
Third call channel 7 news.

So I left the office , drove directly to the boat dealer and picked up the ole “Wet Dream”

Ain’t she a beaut?

More pics to come. Got dark on me .

Nice rig Ben! Let the crap slide. Not much better than anticipating first outing in new boat. Break it in right! Should smell a little fishy when you are done!

Reminds me of what my Dad said to me back in the 1960-70's when there was a BIG screw up at work. He said, "the office staff/management are scurrying around like a bunch of Cats covering up after themselves".

Ben, direct HR and Insurance to speak only to your attorney! Having had a work injury myself letting the lawyer do his gig he will keep you safely out of liability.
