If you can’t get that company to respond you should try this. I use this on my boat and cars and it works great. Check out the website and look at the videos.

That looks like a nice product but it seemed that in the video they spent most of it polishing the door window glass

There is some videos on cars. I use it also on my boat it makes easy to wash off all of that stuff you get after a day on the water. Don’t need to use soap just rinse and wipe off. You may get a stubborn place wipe hard and it will come off. This stuff is amazing you should try it.
