I did the same except I used a mix of apple and cherry smoke and a maple brown sugar glaze

Gravy that looks fantastic and scrumptious, making me hungry. I’ve double smoked them on a pellet grill with apple pellets or fruit wood pellets and made a apricot honey bourbon glaze.

Looks fantastic GT. Mine wasn’t double smoked. It was smoked with cherry and pecan. Would’ve taken a picture but the hyenas wiped it out I also made a Jezebel sauce for it. Apple jelly, pineapple preserves and horseradish. Some kinda good.

That Jezebel sauce sounds exciting. Would you mind publishing the recipe you use (unless it's patented or is a family heirloom recipe)? Ham is good, but can be made gooder with a wide range of enhancements.

You are the Man GT. I just got home after an afternoon at the kids filled up on ham, brisket and enough mac and cheese to be full for the rest of the day.

However, than i see your pics. I think i still have room.

Nothing to it G. Equal parts of apple jelly and pineapple preserves and prepared horseradish to taste. Heat it slowly on the stove, stirring it occasionally until it’s mixed. Serve on your plate next to the ham for dipping into. I like mine with a little heat to it so I add more horseradish to the pot. Just enough where you start to get that burn in the nostrils. 😁👍
