I wish I could answer that question. Is there anyone else receiving PMs from him? He usually sends me a couple a day and sometimes they make sense and sometimes they are a little hard to understand. I think it's his reaction to the meds that he is on. Last week he was talking about selling his place in MS. From what I understand, his girlfriend is having a hard time with it too. I suppose she has to take him back and forth to the hospital and I think she is still working, not sure though. Today, he thought he was going back on chemo. next week. He needs all of the support and prayers that he can get. Do what you can, please.

Goes with out saying he is in bad shape and needs to be moved to the top of many of our prayer and get well wish list ASAP.

Blackdog here....

I am planning to go visit Ronnie on Monday 4/18. I hope to take him out to a Southern Country cooking place called the Good Luck Grill. (https://goodluckgrill.com) Like you said Flyguy, some days his messages are fine, and other days you can tell how he is by the garbled messages. I figure he trembles at times when he is trying to text from his phone. I suspect it is the meds more than anything else, and not from pain, weakness, or the illness, at least I hope that is the case.

Manor Texas is about 25 minutes Southeast of Round Rock Texas. Initially, he wanted to get out and do some crappie fishing. Since his 2nd round of chemo, I'm not sure if he can physically do that, but if he can, well you get the picture. We will just have to see what he is capable of doing and I will keep you posted if he agrees to it. (More than likely his immune system is compromised by treatment and he probably needs to remain home.)

I have been texting with him over the last several weeks. Mostly to schedule a visit and occasionally to see how he is doing. I'm glad you guys are staying in touch and talking about such contacts on the stage. I have been reluctant to chime in, mostly out of courtesy, until Ronnie gives me the go ahead personally to do so. I certainly intend to address the Stage and the concern all of his many friends have here. I'm sure he will be good with it all.

I know, I for one appreciate all of the Stagers concern for Ronnie, and I concur.

Mighty fine of you to go the extra mile BD. It will be great to get first hand info on Ronnies condition. I too am the recipient of text that need deciphering and the last 2 were quite concerning.

I emailed Fly last week in regards to getting Clara's # saying i would try and find a way to get her it. Well i have it now and it may help while you are there to get it also.
