I don't answer if it doesn't show caller ID.
However I just received a letter in the mail from them for auto warranty. Seems like they will find you no matter how you try to hide from them.

I get 7 to 10 spam calls a day from Oregon numbers and none of them exist when I call them back. I guess they only work if you answer when they call. Every single o e of them are "no longer in service"
