At a World Brewing Convention in the United States, the CEOs of various brewing organizations retired to the bar at the end of each day's conferencing.
Bruce, the boss of Fosters, shouted to the barman,
'in 'Strailya, we make the best bloody beer in the world, so pour me a Fosters, cobber.'
Rob, chief of Budweiser, calls out,
'In the States, we brew the finest beers of the world, and I make the king of them all. Give me a pint of Bud.'
Hans steps up next,
'In Germany we invented beer. Give me a Beck's, the real king of beers.'
Up steps Dutchman Jan, chief executive of Grolsch, who states that Grolsch is the ultimate beer and asks for one with two fingers of head on top.
Patrick, the CEO of Guinness, steps forward.
'Barman, give me a coke with ice please.'
The other four stare at him in stunned silence with amazement written all over their faces.
Eventually, Bruce asks, 'Are you not going to have a Guinness, Pat?'
Patrick replies, 'Well, if the lot of you aren't drinking, then neither am I.'
Guess he didn’t want to drink alone. lol. Good one

I am still waiting for Yuengling to be distributed here. They are brewing it in Ft Worth, but that distribution is focusing on the West for now 😡

Anheuser-Busch InBev is headquartered in Belgium
Pabst is now owned by Eugene Kashper, a Russian-Jew who immigrated here in 1975, but headquartered in LA

Yep. The original family still owns it and have no intention of selling out, literally and figuratively. It's the oldest, continuously operated brewery in the country. During prohibition they made root beer. My favorite apron for the barbie

The first beer I saw when I went to South Africa for work was a Miller Genuine Draft….I was shocked to see it there, but that was shortly after SAB (South African Brewing) bought Miller. They have since been purchased by Molson. I work in the industry and it is hard to keep up with…
InBev is huge!
Check out the brands each produces and you will be amazed!
I have to drive to IN to get my Yuengling, but luckily(?) for me, there is both a Bass Pro Shop AND a Cabela’s on the way (in case I need to stretch my legs) 😂

So who was the bad guy in this scenario? The big business or whoever owned them is who sold out for profit. Don’t blame the beer. As usual it’s the people not the product. If a person comes from somewhere else and buys a company and brews where it has been made forever it seems to me the product is still produced where it always was. If a person or group come here and buy out a company but then take the brewery elsewhere it seems that then it’s an Import.
