Is Intake 2 a good place for fishing in mid-April? (Now). Where can we get info on fishing reports?

Tic welcome aboard. Go out to your states wildlife and parks website, click on fishing, they should have a fishing report as well as a fishing atlas on where to fish. Good luck, have fun and keep your lines tight.

If not mistaken , season doesnt open until last week of April,

Intake 2 has really good fishing. The spillway area is best. Season won't be open until the last Saturday of this month. It still might be frozen over at that time, end of May might be better.
