you will really need to go to eastern Washington and go to mosses lake, potholes, banks lake which are the ones I have gone to but there are several others on that side of the state. The Columbia river also is suppose to have good walleye fishing although I have never fished it. I find the spring is the best time to go since it gets pretty hot over there after June and then you not only have the heat to contend with but water skiers as well. Not sure what the salmon season will be this year since they won't post it until June but there is usually a Chunuk salmon season in the sound close to Seattle in July and a coho end of Aug and September and of course the salmon runs in several of the rivers and of course the steelhead fishery all of which is the main fishery in the Seattle area. If you like lake fishing there are many lakes that are well stocked with trout in the Seattle area. Of course your best source of information will be from some of the local fishing shops. here are three I like depending on where you are "outdoor emporium" in Seattle, "John's sporting goods" Everrett and "3 river marine" in Woodinville. all three are knowledgeable and helpful. Enjoy your time fishing here.

Don't forget Roosevelt Lake and any part of the Columbia down stream from there plus the Snake River.
The Walleye interfere with salmon smolt returning to the ocean so catch limits are liberal.
Waters down stream from Banks Lake will also have walleye so you can do more exploring.

Do you have a boat?

Tight Lines.
